By car: From downtown Santa Cruz, take Water Street eastbound, which after one mile curves right to become Capitola Avenue. Go ~2.5 miles further to where Capitola Avenue becomes Soquel Wharf Road for two blocks and intersects Cliff Avenue. Turn left (east) on Cliff Avenue, go one block to turn right (south east) onto Esplanade and park where you can. Mr. Toots will be on your right, up a flight of stairs.

Or: Take the CA-1 freeway "southbound" (going initially eastwards) out of Santa Cruz, 3 miles to exit southbound at the 41st Avenue / Capitola exit. Proceed 3/4 mile, past Capitola Mall, to turn left (east) on Capitola Road, then proceed as above.

By Santa Cruz Metro bus: Route 53 - Capitola/Dominican, Route 54 - Aptos/La Selva, Route 55 - Rio Del Mar, Route 56 - La Selva, Route 66 - Live Oak via 17th, Route 68 - Live Oak via Broadway/Portola, Route 69/69A/69W/69N - Cabrillo/Capitola Road/Santa Cruz, and Route 7N - Beach Night Capitola Mall all stop nearby.
